  • Photos and Camera Access: We access your camera and photo library (only with your permission) to enable functionalities such as capturing images and storing photos.
  • Clothing Item Data: Data related to clothing items (including descriptions, images, and metadata) is collected to help manage your virtual wardrobe.

C. Usage and Technical Data

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system details, and unique device identifiers.
  • Usage Data: Analytics about how you use the app (e.g., features accessed, frequency of use) to improve our services.

3. Data Storage and Third-Party Services

Your data is stored both locally on your device and remotely on our servers. We use third-party service providers to support our functionalities:

  • Supabase: Used for remote data storage and management of your personal and item-related data.
  • Gemini API: Provided by Google, this large language model API endpoint is used for photo and text analysis. Please note that we "ping" Gemini API for analysis purposes only; Google's Gemini API does not store your data.

These third-party providers are contractually obligated to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security of your data.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • Providing and Enhancing Services: To operate, maintain, and improve our Services.
  • User Communication: To send updates, account-related notifications, and important changes regarding our policies or services.
  • Analytics and Improvements: To analyze usage trends and enhance user experience, including via photo and text analysis through the Gemini API.
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, respond to legal requests, and protect our rights.

5. Data Sharing and Future Changes

  • Current Practices: At present, we do not sell or share your personal data with third parties beyond our service providers (Supabase and Gemini API).
  • Potential Changes: Should our practices change (for example, if we decide to share data for analytics, advertising, or with other partners), we will update this Privacy Policy and notify you.
  • Additional Permissions: If additional types of data are accessed (subject to your explicit permission), this document will be updated accordingly.
